Description of Service
Beyond Conversation is a series of twelve monthly deep conversations hosted by Eric Gugua, covering topics related to money, identity, discipline, belief, power, and purpose. Access is available through online subscriptions, onsite tickets, and group bookings.
Registration
To access the Service, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full name, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
Payments & Billing
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦). Onsite tickets are one-off purchases and non-transferable.
Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription page.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for completed sessions or partially used billing periods.
- Onsite ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your access credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Record, redistribute, or republish session content without written permission.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with the Service's security or functionality.
Intellectual Property
All content delivered through Beyond Conversation — including session materials, recordings, designs, and branding — is the property of Saneside Entertainment Limited and is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saneside Entertainment Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
